Sarah Collins, FNP

Sarah is a certified family nurse practitioner that joined Greene County Health in April 2017. Sarah is a 2008 graduate of Linton Stockton High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at Vincennes University in 2011, graduating with honors as a registered nurse. Sarah then began her professional career at Union Hospital, where she worked in orthopedics, urology, neurology, and labor and delivery. In 2014, she graduated from Indiana University Purdue University earning her BSN degree in nursing. In 2017 she graduated from Kaplan University earning her degree as a certified family nurse practitioner.
